We take pride in the quality of our product and stand behind the workmanship of every BRUDA case we make. It is important to use the best materials in making your BRUDA case but just like your iPad, it needs some nurturing. Here are a few rules to abide by:

Keep your BRUDAcase out of the heat & humidity:

Your case is made of high quality hardwood and if left in the direct sunlight or intense heat it may cause moisture to escape which can cause cracking or warping. If you wouldn’t leave your Ipad on the dashboard you shouldn’t leave your BRUDA case there either.

Be Gentle:

Your BRUDA case is very sturdy, but we wouldn’t recommend throwing it, or dropping it especially if it’s holding your iPad. We will not be held responsible if there is damage to your case or your iPad if you decide to play catch with it.

Remember, it is made out of wood:

If not cared for properly, wood is subject to things like getting scratched or even warping. While we do everything we can to ensure that the wood and finishes we are working with are of the the finest quality, the reality is that we cannot be responsible for damage or results of exposure to excessive heat and/or humidity.

Case Love:

Each BRUDA case is made by hand and with a lot of attention to detail. You are investing in a high quality product but as with everything else you treasure, give it the tender loving care it deserves.

 

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with the items you purchase from BRUDAcase. While we do our best to provide items that we believe are awesome, we cannot offer "satisfaction guarantee" on items. We ask you to read descriptions and purchase in good faith, meaning that you are not purchasing with the intention of returning -- this is devastating to any small business! Please email us with any comments, questions and complaints ...hopefully we can work something out. We will only accept returns on unused items packed in their original box, complete with all documentation and shipping prepaid to the point of origin. Refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
